By default Cloudstack 4.11 sends an auth token in a cookie instead of a response.
And the cookie is sent with a secure parameter if the CloudStack server is served over https. If our CloudStack UI works over http we have an error.
We need to handle this in Nginx config for Docker Image and update Readme to provide information for developer how to configure proxy-conf.
