For what it's worth, I just pushed some changes, and Python 3.7 still works. But there are a bunch of deprecation warnings. Let me merge this, and verify that everything works again.

Thank you, that was the culprit.

(Now, one of the sibling projects is failing for 3.7 to 3.9, but I hate Python packaging so much, I don't care. They are all updated to require >= 3.10.)
