Add build number or something similar to deployment, so we can

  1. Verify that binaries are deployed
  2. Search Application Insights logging with build version.

Startup.cs is not included in extensions.json.

Might be caused by Azure/azure-functions-host#3386

Also related Azure/azure-functions-host#4064

In summary: netcoreapp2.1 did not work, but netcoreapp2.0 with Microsoft.ApplicationInsight 2.7.2 did.
