Upstream `resources.wast` and `naming.wast` tests are failing

While addressing #11683, I removed the tests blocked on that issue from the failing_component_model_tests list in crates/test-util/src/wast.rs, but two of them are still failing for unrelated reasons (i.e. not just because the trap messages differ). We should debug and fix those failures.

resources.wast is now working and naming.wast is sorted out in WebAssembly/component-model#592 which'll make its way here eventually, so closing.
