Explizitly disable harfbuzz, which is miss-detected under linux/android, and png, which seems to be missconfigured under armhf on travis (tries to use hosts libpng, which can't find zlib...)

Workaround for missing pkg-config applied. It was not needed for MacOS X and Windows for travis, but for Android.
