brca_metabric: update expression data filenames

What?

Fix: The filename name indicates Agilent microarray where as these we sequenced by Illumina HT-12 v3 microarray.

Sorry, I want to ask if the updated package expression data filenames no longer have the file called "data expression.txt" , but only"brca_metabric\data_mrna_illumina_microarray.txt" instead.

Hi @Yieryoyo, the file name was corrected to data_mrna_illumina_microarray.txt to correctly reference the sequencing technology used.

May I ask if there are other expression files besides (because I only have this expression matrix in the file package I downloaded）

@Yieryoyo, the only other expression related file in the study is the zscores file. The study files are public and can also be downloaded from https://github.com/cBioPortal/datahub/tree/master/public/brca_metabric.

Would you mind letting me know where you download the package from? and do you still get the data_expression.txt file when downloaded?

I downloaded it at https://www.cbioportal.org/datasets and I don't get the data_expression.txt file, I just heard of it and want to make sure whether I get all the expression matrix~
