Issue with treadmill switching to miles

Hello,
Me and my friend we have similar treadmills, Horizon 7.4AT. He connects using QZ android, I connect using QZ iOS. The difference is that for me when I connect the treadmill it will change it to miles instead of kms. For him, on android it does not. Attached are the two debug logs:
Android is the one at hour 23:27
iOS is the one at hour 23:31

First, thanks for your time, I appreciate!

I confirm that with force ftms setting it will not change the treadmill to miles. However, for some reason now it stops controlling the treadmill, even if I disable the setting force ftms, which once disabled it switches back the treadmill to miles. This confirms that it manages to connect to the treadmill, but when I press start in QZ app it does not start the treadmill, and if I manually start the treadmill, the QZ app doesn’t notice and remains on 0 stats.
I attach the debug file maybe you can notice what is wrong.

Correct, I disabled it now and it worked, but after several attempts of restarting the app, powering TM on/off.

Somehow it seems to randomly choose when to work. I have to try many times the start/stop button in QZ app until it works. Sometimes it starts rolling the TM but shows 0 speed on the QZ app (and Zwift consequently) despite treadmill rolling. And I can notice it is connected because if I try to speed up from the app instead of TM console, it takes TM back to 0,5 speed despite still showing in the QZ app 0 speed.

I attach the debug file maybe you figure out some setup I could adjust. Thanks!

Here I tried with all three settings on. Did not manage to start the TM.

Next I tried with force FTMS disabled as it created me problems before too, after several attempts of pressing the start/pause in QZ the TM started, speed was displayed in QZ but then I could not stop TM from QZ stop button. I paused it on the TM console, the speed went to 0 in QZ app but then starting it from QZ app did not work again. I started it from TM console but speed remained 0 in QZ. Hopefully the log will help understand why…

I am just wondering.. Is the android version more recommended to use? I could use an android phone for this purpose if it makes sense

This setting must be used only with ftms disabled
Only enable the speed one, disable the other ones

Android and ios are the same

Initially when I saw your printscreen I thought you mean to have the three settings on: Forcing ftms, horizon 7.8 start issue and disable pause. In fact I realize now that you meant drawing an arrow to the left asking to enable only horizon 7.8 start issue.

On the other hand when you say to only enable the speed one, not sure which setting you mean.
