Day-to-Day Use Adding New Users Only the Administrator will add new Users Administrator will process and reply to all requests for new Users via the #Admin channel External Collaborators An External Collaborator is defined as: A member of the public who uses a Collaboration Tool Multi-Channel Guests have access to only the channels you specify. They're billed as regular members and can be added to an unlimited number of channels. Single-Channel Guests are free and can only access one channel. For every paid active member in your workspace, you can add up to 5 guests. For example, if you have 10 members, you can invite up to 50 Single-Channel Guests. Removing Users Users shall be removed when they are no longer working on the project or when they leave state service Users shall be removed if they abuse or fail to comply with User Expectations Creating New Channels Channel Naming Protocol Project Specific Channels can be created to minimize distractions in other channels
