The IIssue interface has properties MessageText, MessageMarkdown, and MessageHtml. The SARIF Message object has properties Text and Markdown. At the moment, the method SarifIssueReportGenerator.GetResult only populates Result.Message.Text. It could also populate Result.Message.Markdown.
