New booking via API doesn't trigger attached workflow (Teams paid user)

Issue Summary

Paid member and have a SMS workflow attached to my appointment / event type. When booking appointment manually, the SMS workflow triggers. However, when booking appointment using API https://api.cal.com/v2/bookings it doesn't trigger the SMS workflow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a SMS workflow and attached to an event type
2. Use API https://api.cal.com/v2/bookings to book an appointment
3. Use the cal.com UI to manually book the same appointment

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?

Actual Results

• Appointment booked using API doesn't trigger the SMS workflow, but appointment booked manually can trigger the workflow

Expected Results

• A new booked appointment should trigger attached workflows regardless of booked via API or web ui.

it was released in the afternoon and SMS workflow should be working now
