Scroll bug while configuring workflows locally

Issue Summary

When we set up Cal.com locally and go to create a workflow, the page doesn’t start from the top, it’s already scrolled partway down when it loads.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup cal.com locally
2. Go to Workflows
3. Click on the new button and create a workflow

Even though this is a bug in development, it could become a bug in production too if cal.com decides to show some notification in prod.

Actual Results

• The page is already scrolled somewhat down, it doesn’t start from the very top.

Expected Results

• Ideally, the page should start from the very top when it loads and should not be scrolled partway down.
