Maintenance release Summer 2018

This is a maintenance release. pkgassets now requires cli package version v0.0.13 or better. Updated copyright year for consistency.

bug fixes, added -ext option

You can now restrict the included files embedded in the map by file extension.

First working release

pkgassets will take a directory of content and render a Go lang source file containing a map[string][]byte variable. This is useful when creating embedded websites or help documentation.

Working prototype

Using this version to create assets.go in mkpage project.
