* add the compiled extension for ease of use and restore tsconfig * some cleanup to get it working * add a helpful note to the configuration * add an exclusion

Adds back the wayward
tsconfig.jsonand includes the compiled extension for ease of use. Plus a small note about the reload requirement for mode changes.
