This PR updates the dependencies to
vprefix from the release versionThe Hazelcast setup runs locally for me, "works-on-my-machine".

Unfortunately, I cannot test the Redis/Kafka integration, the
docker-composeis outdated.I did not add any new features, especially not in the Protobuf parsers. This is only a dependency update.
