Bug Description

Error: invalid configuration for "aws-ebs-csi-driver" addon: at most one of wellKnownPolicies, serviceAccountRoleARN, attachPolicyARNs and attachPolicy can be specified

Failed run

Rerun the CI https://github.com/canonical/bundle-kubeflow/actions/workflows/deploy-to-eks.yaml.
