oh forgot about this—I think just the postgresql repos are affected
mysql repos use https://github.com/canonical/mysql-router-k8s-operator/blob/da06da4c976352688e1e657b9ff9e2837dee0d15/.github/workflows/ci.yaml#L55-L56
