Closes #5237

A lot of the vanilla-specific documentation that we are surfacing on the website is out of date and is not being maintained. This is a PR to remove the README.md files completely. I also removed old migration docs (moving from v6 - v7) but kept the migration docs to go from v9 to v10.

Changelog

Removed

  • README.md from all components
  • migrate-to-7.x.md and migrate-to-9.x.md from all components

Testing / Reviewing

Look over the file list and make sure no .hbs .scss , .js, or migrate-to-10.x.md files were removed.

I'd like to get a consensus from the system squad as a whole and make sure everyone is on board with this 👍
