A lot of the vanilla-specific documentation that we are surfacing on the website is out of date and is not being maintained. This is a PR to remove the
README.mdfiles completely. I also removed old migration docs (moving from v6 - v7) but kept the migration docs to go from v9 to v10.Changelog
