Add new demo with timings for each method

Adds a gallery to the docs with examples for pyramid_resample, pyramid_regrid, pyramid_create and pyramid_reproject.

These were run on an m5.8xlarge instance because pyramid_reproject wouldn't work on a smaller machine. Not sure if I should also add a pyramid_resample example with a distributed cluster.

• Remove old demo notebook moved to gallery
• Add section for using pyresample_resample with a Dask cluster Will open a new PR
• Add list_available_methods and list_available_projects Will open a new PR
• Add comments to the new methods
• Write to local so people can use the demo without needing write access to our buckets
