What should you do in case you have received a message like the following when your stake pool was merged: “Please note, your homepage/name/ticker used is not in line with the Cardano Foundation’s trademark policy: https://cardanofoundation.org/en/legal/trademark-policy/” or “Please note, your homepage/name/ticker used is not in line with the Cardano Foundation’s trademark policy. Still merging this, but please consider digging into this topic later:” https://cardanofoundation.org/en/legal/trademark-policy/

• This means, that your stake pool name, your ticker or your URL are most likely not in line with the requirements, yet the pool was still merged in order to not take away the stake pool operator’s opportunity to run a pool as quickly as possible;
• Please check further to make sure that you comply with the requirements;
• Please then make the necessary changes;
