run: python3 get_metadata.py -i input.txt -o hydrated_tweets -k api_key.json

-i - specifies the input file, supports :txt, tsv, csv
-o - output file
-k - specifies the file which holds the api keys in a json format

The script has many intermediaries step to optimize the process, it usually makes requests in batches of 100
If you modify something in processing please delete everyhing from the output before running the script again
