Which is to say it _does not_ work at the moment as there are odd things messing up the CSS and the blocks/code/sections need to be reformatted, but otherwise, we've got something here!
This really should be called the "home page" now because it's no longer just the index and syllabus, it can also contain the setup instructions for the learner.
