I've added several environment variables so that using other instances of motis, photon,... doesn't require editing the code.
As nextjs doc say for default env variables I commit the
.envfile with default values (I put the same ones as in the code).https://nextjs.org/docs/pages/building-your-application/configuring/environment-variables#default-environment-variables
