This PR is part of delivering UCO Issue 632 via the CASE website, and forward-porting PRs 638, 639, and 642, the latter two also via CASE PRs 163 and 164.
This PR also catches CASE's
develop-2.0.0up withdevelop, including handling Git submodule logistics.
