Setup instructions for WinTAK

Approach 1: Built a docker image that has the virtualbox file - Wintak connected with Airlab TAK-server and opens on startup.

• File size: ~30GB
• Problem:
  • WinTAK virtualbox file works fine with local setup but not when running in docker
    • WinTAK crashes everytime after startup screen.

Approach 2: Wintak opens, loads tak-server and maps with QEMU in docker.

• This needs iso build. And hosting to download and install.
• Made effort in creating QEMU wintak file. Working on loading in docker.

Best option is using 1. Facing some issue with the WinTAK crashing.
