Purpose of change

Just a silly suggestion that came up while talking to Ekarus over on the discord. Aside from being a meme reference, it also fits both as something creepy to not want to hear in the middle of nowhere, and something the relevant mi-gos might've picked up from a sufficiently insane survivor shortly before discovering that you do not in fact want to be let into a mi-go scout tower.

Describe the solution

Added two speech entries to the parrot lines for mi-gos, slavers, and myrmidons. Splits the reference into two lines at two different volumes.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Revive Crazy Cataclysm just so I can add it there instead.
2. Revive Crazy Cataclysm, add the line there instead, and mostly just use it as an excuse to make the Shia LeBouf monster shout lines from the "just DO IT" speech.

Testing

Checked affected file for syntax and lint errors.
