Purpose of change

• Redesigning Arthropods Part 3: Wasps! CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA#47960 by Venera3

Describe the solution

added new species 'WASP', and new monster_faction wasp
added several new monstrous wasps
added some wasp spawning locations where they would forage (lumberyards, candy store, sugar house, ect)
