Implement updates for fiber photometry conversion

• Add continuous motion corrected data from tmac_ch1 and tmac_ch2 files
• Update convert_all_sessions.py to work with the recent version of "Example_photometry_table.xlsx"
• Update fiber photometry notes
• Update fiber photometry metadata: now there is only one metadata yaml, the interfaces for doric (.doric) and doric csv (.csv) both uses stream_names argument that define which traces to load from the files.

Since this is already heavily convoluted, in a follow-up I'll update the tutorials.
