Pipeline dies if not all barcodes (samples) are represented. #16

You can recreate this issue by trying to run the pipeline with just a few sequences.
Files are made based on the names of samples and if the file can't be made: dies.

does this happen in the testrun? I noticed that there are samples with no reads

I have not run into this, but by all mean, do fix it
