Add common names back in

In bin/AddBlast.slurm ,we were adding common names to the OTUvsTubes. Because of the changes to the NCBI taxonomy database, I replaced this with a hack that makes each common name "ADD_COMMON_NAME". We want to common names back in there.

• Put adding common names in a better place. Why not part of original OTUvsTubes creation?
• Use taxizedb R package to do so.
