Preferences don't open

Either when I right click -> preferences, or select the icon in the applets settings, the settings won't open...
I tried this (that's supposed to open the settings I think ? It does with other downloaded applets names) which got me the following error message :

Any idea why and how to fix it ? I'm using manjaro with cinnamon 5.0.7
