Description

Bug description:

I used the version 2.0.0 with clean install bare-minimum template of expo with react-native 0.71.3, and I got Gradle build error related to in-compatibility between kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.4.32 (was used in vpnLib) and com.android.tools.build:gradle.

The default com.android.tools.build:gradle dependencies in android/gradle.build for expo project:

dependencies {
        classpath('com.android.tools.build:gradle:7.4.1')
        classpath('com.facebook.react:react-native-gradle-plugin')
    }

The build error logs:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.5.20 and higher.
The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version:
project ':vpnLib' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.4.32

* Try:
> Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace.
> Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
> Run with --scan to get full insights.
