What happens when your PR merges?

There should be no changes to our stack when this is merged. It's a cleanup that will remove any traces of Kustomize code, and any scripting or workflow code that references the Kustomize Code.

What are you changing?

Removing old Kustomize Code (it's been replaced by Helm/Helmfile). Removes old env files, and updates workflows such as GHA and Scripting to remove kustomize stuff.

After merging this PR
