Primary changes to the Music Store Application

• Implement Dependency Injection based architecture like the Onion Architecture
• Implement Ninject for Dependency Injection
• Implement NSubstitute for Mocking
• ToDo: Implement SSW.SQLDeployMVC for easy database script deployment (Currently uses LocalDb & Code First)
