The repo has a dependency on Cellarium.ML which currently (requires python 3.10)[https://github.com/cellarium-ai/cellarium-ml/blob/55a902cca9945cadef90d2300f2f7b9258b921e2/pyproject.toml#L13]. Additionally, Cell Ranger is on 3.10 and for a variety of reasons having one python version makes life easier.
Calls to the matching engine will now be made in batches of 5 and are set to make 4 attempts with exponential backoff for the waittime between attempts
