With #131 we added support for one-click Orbot setup with four modes: HTTP Proxy, TCP-only Proxy, TCP + HTTP, None.

Going through a cycle three or more times of switching between Start Orbot -> Enable TCP-only Proxy -> Switch to None -> Stop Orbot; you'd eventually enter a state where the Internet connections simply doesn't work where all connections timeout despite not have been blocked (ref Network Log screen).

The only way to recover is to Start Orbot again.

This is not reproducible with builds on #282 which has seen substantial refactor.
