- upgrade some dependencies (stuck at primeng v15) - remove tooltips (were leaking emails) - refactor manage meeting button - add `canManage` checks - tweak icons & styles

Upgrade some dependencies. Currently stuck at PrimeNG v15, due to the following issue:
