Update URLs in requirements.txt to point them to new hosting services. Use latest releases of CESSDA Aggregator components. Change reference from Bitbucket to Github.

This can be merged after merging cessda/cessda.cdc.aggregator.doc-store#36 to get correct version number for docstore.
