In discuss issue 223, @benjwadams has pointed out that the link is broken to the NUG in the references at the end of the CF document. It is presently http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/user_guide.html and should be https://docs.unidata.ucar.edu/nug/current/index.html.

I believe this a defect which should be corrected. This will be agreed by default if no one says otherwise in the next three weeks (by 8th May). Thanks, @benjwadams.
