The micall_watcher service got stuck on the 180626_M04401 run, and it seemed to be stuck in the find_groups() function. That run's sample sheet was written by hand with a single sample that's just phiX. Maybe there's something that confuses the sample sheet parser.

For now, I just disabled the two runs from 26 Jun 2018 by creating errorprocessing files.
