Should help for autoconf not installed for masterfiles module
as well as any other commands which fail.

example output when autoconfis not installed and cfbs build is run after cfbs add masterfiles

Steps:
001 masterfiles : run './autogen.sh'
Error: Command failed - cd out/steps/001_masterfiles_3ce8f9ed53fdcb3b41013d6fadc284b6d46aea53/ && ./autogen.sh
./autogen.sh: Running determine-version.sh ...
./autogen.sh: Running autoreconf ...
./autogen.sh: 16: ./autogen.sh: autoreconf: not found
