If possible, please upgrade to use latest mocha (ver 10.2.0 right now).
Current mocha version used is using old version of yargs-unparser and flat.

@cgewecke I noticed you just updated mocha for solidity-coverage. Highly appreciated, I was just looking into that today by chance.

Any chance we could get the same update on this package?

Edit: Okay seeing #294.
