Problem

A constraint name is missing when downgrading db.
for /data/assets/<asset_id>/tasks relations is not taken into account.
When syncing LDAP users, it updates every user while there is no modification.

Solution

Add missing constraint.
Take into account relations param for /data/assets/<asset_id>/tasks.
When syncing LDAP users, update only the user if there's a change.
