Genetic profile of the HLA-B locus in patients admitted for COVID-19 at Hospital Municipal Padre Germano Lauck (Foz do Iguaçu/PR, Brazil)

Code and data from the Scientific Initiation project performed during my job as Scientific Initiation Fellow at Medical Science Research Lab. This is a preliminary study from a complete project that describe the HLA-B profile from patients in Foz do Iguaçu Hospital between 2020 and 2021.
