Need

when a user download the library they need to get the latest data before it can be used. The library should download it automatically. They should also be able to pin to a specific version of the data if they choose so.

Definition of Done

  • Download and cache release data when the library is first used.
  • The release data can be transformed after downloading to making accessing easier
  • User must be able to pin to a specific version of the release data
