GrimoireLab 2.x has a new set of commands and requirements that differ highly from GrimoireLab 1.x. This PR includes the steps necessary to run the platform.

to add new datasources, metrics, and analytics easily.

The installation method of grimoirelab-core has been
updated to build the UI while installing. The README
file contains the steps to install GrimoireLab with
this latest version of grimoirelab-core.
