I inadvertently hit the "close with comment" button when I was trying to submit a new comment on my issue. Thus this so-called 'new' issue. The problem was I pasted my build log and did a preview. It looked like it pasted ok, but then I got a message indicating my comment (build.log) had too many characters. Is it possible to attach a build log?

I'm not sure what you mean, because #823 has never been closed. Anyway, if you were the one who closed an issue then you should be able to reopen it, and even if an issue was closed by someone else, you can still comment on it to ask them to reopen it.
Thanks Malcolm. I thought I had closed it which, to me, meant no more
commenting, but I had not. Anyway, thanks for the clarification. Did
manage to post my build.log finally.

nothing stopping you from commenting on an issue even if it is closed.
So let's continue at #823 <#823>.
