Quick fix for https://github.com/juju-solutions/charm-flannel/issues/52. This updates shrinkwrap.py to pull resources from e.g.
cs:~containers/flannelchannel stable, instead of fromcs:~containers/flannel-339.This isn't a great long-term fix as shrinkwrap.py still does not respect resource revisions in the bundle, but it should at least be an improvement over what it does currently.
