Не вижу смысла реализовывать локализацию на стороне клиента.

Кастомные словари с поддержкой типов
Server Hook сразу определяет необходимую locale, записывает в App.locals, делает редирект при необходимости
Меняем URL: https://chatgame.space/[locale]/...
