The ChatDoc does not show the excerpts (reference) when choose the response on the right column #29
Description
Today, I uploaded a new academic paper to ChatDOC and asked some questions about it. ChatDOC responded as usual, but when I clicked on the answers, it didn’t show the excerpts or references from the paper.
This issue only happens with the paper I uploaded today. When I open the paper I uploaded yesterday, ChatDOC still shows the excerpts (references) correctly when I click on the answers.
I’m a Pro member, and I haven’t reached the limit for documents or questions.
Could you please help me understand what’s going wrong with the paper I uploaded today? Thank you!
