this PR adds the jsonrpc field added by #6714 ; needed for deltachat/deltachat-desktop#4913
while doing additional database calls is not optimal, there are already many potential additional calls - and this call does not add much as the database call is only done if the message is actually one of the 5 info messages in scope and the message is not sent by SELF
